Our contract terms are fairly standard, but are there to protect both you and protect BBComputing. Our standard contracts are at least 1 year contracts, however we can offer longer contracts for existing clients.
For our managed clients, we can meet with you periodically to discuss future business goals, and we can offer recommendations and solutions to support your business goals. These are macro-level strategic conversations about the direction of your business and it’s supporting technology. Think of us as your own personal CIO (Chief Information Officer)!
BBComputing has vendor relationships for most types of hardware. Hardware purchased through these vendors will be warrantied and can be replaced ASAP to get you back up and running.
For any new managed clients, we would complete onboarding to understand the current landscape of your IT and technology, and can then create a plan to support your business as far as consistency, backup, disaster recovery, etc.
