We know the context
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. You do not have to explain your whole setup again.

A small team that knows your setup and keeps IT handled.
IT support for 3 to 30 person professional offices in Chicago and remote teams nationwide. Familiar people, plain-English answers, and one flat monthly price.
What managed IT means
Instead of finding help only after something breaks, managed IT support means we stay involved. We keep the computers we manage current, watch for problems, help your team day to day, and plan with you when something needs to change.
It is one ongoing relationship for the technology behind your work. You do not have to decide which kind of specialist to call or diagnose the problem first.
How small business support worksGoogle reviews
“Paul and his BB Computing team actually know our setup and respond fast when something comes up. It feels nothing like calling a generic help desk. Highly recommend for any small business that wants real, managed IT support, without the hassle.”
“Paul has handled my IT needs for years along with some of my clients. Great working with a small business who can get things done quickly with no back-and-forth hassle of a large agency. Highly recommend.”
“When Paul and I are sharing screens and he's fixing an issue remotely, he's patient, shares his professional opinion on how to achieve a certain outcome, and is great at explaining his process. I couldn't ask for better service!”

Most cyber insurance policies require specific protections, including stronger sign-ins, protected computers, and working backups. In a 2024 Sophos survey, 45% of organizations with cyber insurance had losses their policy did not cover. (Source)
We put those protections in place and keep them there as your business changes. That helps keep the answers on your insurance application accurate and gives you documentation if you need to file a claim.
Security with us is not fear-based selling. It is the practical basics, done consistently: safer sign-ins, updated computers, tested backups, and a team that knows what a scam email looks like.

Plans typically start around $120 per person per month, which covers one person and their computer, with a $600 monthly minimum. That includes everyday help, monitoring, updates, and security. No hourly meter when your team calls.
Managed IT support has a one-year minimum agreement. Your first 30 days are protected by our satisfaction guarantee. If you decide it is not right for you during that time, we refund what you paid except for actual hard costs we already paid, such as software licenses.

We sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and help medical, dental, and chiropractic offices with HIPAA compliance, including staff training. For accountants, financial advisors, and law firms, we put in place and document the safeguards required by rules like the FTC Safeguards Rule and client confidentiality obligations. We help you meet these requirements; we do not certify compliance on our own.
